Spring Sale - Saturday March 24, 2018!

Our spring sale will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018.

Table space for our Spring Kiddie Kloset will be available to all WECPTA members in good standing (membership dues paid and auction donation made) starting on January 9th at the General Meeting. Spaces are $20 for members, limit 2 spaces.

If spaces are still available we will begin nonmember table sales January 10. Nonmember prices will be $30 a space limit 2.

We will be selling approximately 60 tables. We will be in the Rotunda and surrounding area--hallways of the High School. Everyone will need to provide their own tables--we will not have access to tables at this time.

We will again feature a BIG ITEM AREA with a limit of 2 items per space.

The Fall Kiddie Kloset sale is scheduled for Saturday, October 11, 2014. Spaces go on sale for Board Members at the Board Meeting August 12th. Spaces then become available to General Members at the Membership Drive September 6th and continue at the General meeting September 9th if still available. If spaces still available nonmembers may purchase starting September 15th.

Spaces will be sold for $20 a piece limit 2 for Board Members and General Members and $30 a piece limit 2 for nonmembers.

Fall Kiddie Kloset Tables SOLD OUT!

As of August 27, 2013 all tables have been sold for the Fall Kiddie Kloset sale. Sellers will receive their Seller Information Package in October which will include sale details and Bake Sale donation information.

As we discussed, we released 60 tables for sale due to the unknowns of the new Westlake High School. Once we have been given access to the building and are able to discuss the space layout we may be able to release more tables in the future. If we are able to release more tables we will announce this via an email blast, on the Kiddie Kloset tab of the WECPTA website and at a future WECPTA meeting. Stay tuned for more information! Thank you everyone for another great Kiddie Kloset Sale today. We appreciate everyone that attended especially since there were so many sales to choose. We appreciate your support!! We had a very excited winner of our early bird raffle who went home with a $50 gift card to Gymboree. Unfortunately she did not leave her name when she picked up her gift. If you know the winner and she would like to let us publish her name just let me know.

Thanks to everyone that helped make this years Spring Kiddie Kloset sale so great.! Thanks for all of the donations that we received for the Kiddie Kloset table. Thanks to all of our wonderful volunteers especially to the members of the Kiddie Kloset Committee. There are too many people to name but know that I appreciate everything that you do!! Without all of your hard work and countless hours of time the sale would not be possible!!!

To all of the sellers and shoppers, I hope you had a good experience and will join us again. I hope everyone enjoyed this sale. It is hard to believe it was the last at the old high school. Next year will be a whole new adventure and hopefully a lot more fun!!

Kiddie Kloset Spring

Spring Kiddie Kloset Table Sales Begin in January

The WECPTA Kiddie Kloset is the resale of gently used baby, children and maternity clothing, children/baby furniture, toys, games and miscellaneous items. The Spring sale is Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 8am to noon at the Westlake High School, 27830 Hilliard Blvd.

Table space sales for our Spring Kiddie Kloset sale will be available to WECPTA Board Members in good standing starting on December 7, 2012 at a Holiday Open House (an email invitation will be provided to Board Members).

All other members in good standing (membership dues paid and auction donation made) will be able to purchase spaces/tables at the General Meeting on January 8th. Spaces will be assigned first to those members who register in person. Spaces will then go to anyone who drops off or mails registration. Any remaining spaces will be open to the public on February 18, 2013. The registration form will be available on our Blog on February 18, 2013.

Please review the Kiddie Kloset Guidelines section of the WECPTA website for updated information on the sale.

Spring Kiddie Kloset Sale Date is April 13th. Sellers start checking in at 7:00 a.m.

Early Bird Shopping 8:00 a.m. ($5 admission) 9:00 a.m. – Noon ($1 admission)

Please review the following updates for the Spring 2013 sale:

We request that One Adult remain at your table at all times during the sale. This is to maintain the safety of everyone involved.
High School construction has resulted in less parking and different entrances. The new parking lots and entrances are now on the east side of the High School. There is a small faculty parking lot near the back gym and a large parking lot in the back (behind the stadium stands). The admissions table is expected to be at the back entrance near the back parking lot. Sellers in the cafeteria will have a long trek from the parking lots to the cafeteria as the front entrance is no longer available. Consider bringing a rolling cart, wagon or dolly to move your items for both set-up and clean-up of your tables. We are unable to provide sellers with any equipment to transport their sale items.
Space reservations are non-refundable. Please check your calendar before reserving a spot. A seller information package will be e-mailed to you approximately two weeks before the sale. If for some reason you are unable to attend the event after purchasing a table, please contact us at kiddiekloset@wecpta.org and we may provide you a list of contact information of individuals on a waiting list for tables. It is not the responsibility of the Kiddie Kloset to find a replacement seller for you. If for some reason you must transfer your table to another individual the new seller information must be provided to us at kiddiekloset@wecpta.org at least two (2) weeks prior to the sale so that we have the correct information for seller check in and distribution of seller packets.

To reserve your table(s) at the General Meeting:

1. Bring your completed Kiddie Kloset table reservation form. Request a copy of the Kiddie Kloset Table reservation form by contacting kiddiekloset@wecpta.org. A copy will also be provided to current WECPTA members at a future date prior to the January 8, 2013 General Meeting. When filling out your form, don't forget to include your location preference. We will verify members “in good standing" (membership dues paid and auction donation received) before reserving spaces.

2. Please wait until the meeting to fill out your check. Tables/spaces are $15 for members and are limited to two (2) tables per person. Tables and spaces are non-refundable. Please check your calendar before reserving a space.

The sale typically sells out quickly, so make sure to get your registration in early!

We are excited to announce a raffle for two early bird shopping wristbands for Friday evening set-up April 12, 2013 and one Kiddie Kloset Table in the Gym. The raffle will be open to both WECPTA members and nonmembers. The individual that wins the Kiddie Kloset table will have the option to purchase a second table at either the $15 rate for members or $25 rate for nonmembers.

Tickets will be $1 for one ticket $5 for 6 tickets. Thank you for another wonderful Kiddie Kloset Sale. We had a great turnout as usual. We estimate 409 early bird shoppers from 8 am-9 am and 653 additional shoppers from 9 am-12 pm. We appreciate all your support. Thanks to our sellers as well for bringing your bake sale donation and helping to support our local Girl Scout Troup.

I would like to especially thank the Kiddie Kloset Committee including Niki Arkwright, Karen Krantz, Lorilynn Wolf and Trina Poremsky and to WECPTA President Delicia Ostrowski and WECPTA Treasurer Bonnie Cybulko. Without all your tireless planning, advertising, and set-up the event would not be possible.

I would also like to thank our numerous volunteers that signed up to help both Friday evening and Saturday morning. Seller Packets

All Sellers should have received their Sellers Packet via email last week. If you have not received your packet to date or have any questions feel free to contact the committee at kiddiekloset@wecpta.org.

A few reminders:

Please have your bake sale donation as assigned in the packet at check in on Friday evening. If you do not have it you will be asked to provide a $5 donation which will be donated to the Girl Scouts. We will not be able to allow you to set up until the item is provided to us.

Also, the new parking lots and entrances are now onthe east side of the High School. Sellers are asked to try to park in the smaller side (teacher) lot near the back gym on Friday and Saturday. There is a large parking lot in the back (by the stadium stands). The admissions table is expected to be at the back entrance near the back parking lot. Admission:

$5 for the early-bird preview from 8 – 9 a.m.

$1 for entrance from 9 a.m. – noon

Cash sales only. Please, no bills larger than $20. Small bills appreciated at the door.

Find great deals at over 80 tables of merchandise undefined baby/kids/teens/maternity clothing, games, toys, baby gear and baby furniture.

Past WECPTA Kiddie Kloset events have raised more than $2,000, which has been distributed though grants to Westlake City School Kindergarten and Preschool classrooms.

This is a great place to get up to minute information about the upcoming sales including table information for Sellers. PLEASE NOTE: Due to High School construction, the driveway is on the east side of the school with the new parking lot. The admissions entrance will be in the back.
