Kiddie Kloset Guidelines
1. Kiddie Kloset spaces/tables will be available first to current (2010-2011) Board Members in good standing, the prior year (2009-2010) Board Members in good standing and past WECPTA Presidents. Members in good standing (membership dues paid and auction donation made) will be able to purchase tables on a first come, first serve basis after the Board Members and past Presidents. Any remaining Kiddie Kloset spaces/tables will be open to the public 2 weeks after the General Membership.
2. We are not able to guarantee a specific table location or spot. A limited number of tables and/or spots are available in the cafeteria and fill up quickly. The remaining tables are in the hallway and the back gym.
3. Sellers in the hallway and back gym must provide their own tables and racks.
4. Spaces are approximately 8’ x 8.’ Hallway spaces and many cafeteria spaces are more rectangular. Please be courteous of your neighbors and do not infringe upon their space. Committee members will be around to move items if necessary to make the aisles uniform and orderly.
5. We ask that all sellers as well as Kiddie Kloset committee members wear wristbands and name tags the night of set-up. Sellers are limited to 1 (one) helper per table. If you have 1 (one) table you will be allowed 1 (one) helper. If you have 2 (two) tables you will be allowed 2 (two) helpers. Committee members will be checking wristbands. Anyone without a wristband may be asked to leave.
6. Please be respectful to the committee volunteers and your fellow sellers. Any seller who disrupts the sale may be asked to leave and may not sell at a future sale.
7. Please leave your area tidy. You are responsible for throwing away garbage and unwanted items and taking donated items to designated collection areas.
Thank you!
