Field Trip Guidelines:
1. Payment is needed prior to the event.
2. Payment is cash or check made payable to WECPTA.
We are asking members who wish to pay for field trips with a check write separate checks for each outing. Thank you for understanding.
3. In the event you are unable to attend an outing and contact the trip coordinator prior to the deadline date a refund will be given to you. Refunds will be dispersed on a monthly basis.
4. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early as events will begin promptly.
5. Reminder emails will be sent 48 hours prior to the event.
6. Please remember that if you are unable to attend a field trip; please contact the trip coordinator as soon as possible. Many of the field trips are limited, by signing up and not attending, you are restricting others from participating.
7. WECPTA members may sign up or purchase tickets for field trips for their immediate family at the subsidized rate. Additional sign ups or tickets may be purchased at full price.
Sign ups will take place at each unit meeting from 6:30-7:00p.m.
